This first module in the learning journey introduces some of the non-financial considerations leading into retirement, before addressing the all-important question of how much do I need to fund my retirement. This is followed by an overview of the key funding options for our retirement, often referred to as the three pillars of retirement income.

This module looks at how contributing to super works including the limits that apply and incentives to placing money into the system.

This module includes instructions on how to access the following information through the online myGov portal including your concessional contribution history and transfer balance cap.

The concept of gradually reducing your working hours as you near retirement can be very appealing with many taking this pathway to full retirement. This course provides you with an overview of the key issues when considering a transition to retirement.
